Tips for Model Railway Photography (5 of 9)

Photo 5: Here is my North Stafford Railway ‘Class D’ 0-6-0, pictured on the Central Cheshire Lines. The aperture on the camera is set to f2.8 which is “wide open” to let as much light in as possible. But, this means that the depth of field is quite shallow, so only the front part of the engine in the picture is sharp.
