All clear here, on PC, iPhone and iPad. All at slightly different times of course!

You saw my reply about 2 minutes after I posted it! How on earth can you balance that stuff on your lap?

I can see you, but there's a lot of horrible beeping on the sound track, this is in the first few minutes where you're asking if anyone can see or hear you. I have not watched any more as the beeping is doing my head in.

HTH.

Having not chatted on Youtube before, I noticed that it logged me in under my channel subscription name which is nothing to do with railways but guitars.

Hello Jeremy,
Did not see this live but thought I would see what it was about. Not done this youtube live thing before so am just seeing how it is used/works.
The chat thing is new to me but I have made comments on youtbe before. I take it replies appear in real time when you are live.
Your lamp is interesting.Does it include magnification? Pixelation towards the end may possibly be due to the background sound of tv etc using excess bandwidth on your wifi

Hi Trev
Yes when I am live there is a chat column along side an I can reply there and then I can't see at the time what the picture is like at viewing end only what the camera sees.
I did watch the play back and found that about an hour in the picture pixelated possibly due to when pat went up she closed the office door and cut the signal strength its quite far to the modem from here I will try again this afternoon and make sure the door is open or move the computer to closer to the modem.

Jeremy - the intensity of light from your lamp onto the modelling tray rather bleaches out the detail and what you are working on. I suggest raising the lamp quite a bit or even using a less bright source. The rest of the room scene was nicely lit in my eyes.
Cheers,
Chris

Or alternatively try damping down the exposure a little if the light intensity is required for the modelling?

Original link asked me to register but after that seemed to want me to create a live stream.
Anyway, got it through Danny's link but it says that live chat is disabled.

The computer said I had become disconnected I think the main problem is the distance from the modem so it might be worth moving the modem on the phone line in the workshop on the day

pretty good with much better lighting .... no burn out from the light. However it does go pixalated at times? Very squeeky chair

Are you using wifi or ethernet to connect? If wifi might be worth while getting a repeater? Others will know more, but I find a 5GHZ repeater vastly improves things where distance is concerned ... you can also connect directly in to the repeater using ethernet for increased stability. ... usual caveats apply as am very much an amateur in the field :?

Hi Tim.
Thanks for that I have put a lamp on behind the camera and I will oil the chair.
