https://www.kirkbystepheneast.co.uk/mod ... -2022.html. Note that those details state the Scalefour Society are attending as traders, I don't think Jeremy is aware and it is the Society stand.
Entrance is free, but donations welcome, and a static'ish' display of Killiekrankie's viaduct will be present as is another P4 layout (Saturday only). Accessible from Kirkby Stephen station on the Settle and Carlisle line and the venue has free parking.

It is the Society stand and I shall be there. Come along and have a chat.

Well, I did, and it was lovely to chat, Terry - and also to spend time with Ian Johnson whilst admiring Tredethy Wharf, and to see (a bit of) Killiekrankie.
It's open again tomorrow...
All the best

I too managed to chat to Terry and he was his usual extremely helpful self.
And I took some pictures of Tredethy Wharf, a well researched and executed layout. Cassette fiddle yards each end.

Thanks Neil and Richard and to the other Society members who stopped by. In quiet times it was also good to talk to Ian and Nick on Tredethy Wharf. We would not usually take the Society stand to a local event such as this but as usually happens at any event there were lots of positive contributions including some with people who are seriously thinking about moving to P4. In between I was able to help someone fairly young (about 20 or so at a guess) who has been trying to build a flat crossing but who did not know about copper clad board and had not appreciated the use of check rails and someone else who wanted some help with repairing the connections on a Peco turnout. All part of the service.
