I'm guessing is't LNWR but my knowledge of pre Grouping coach liveries is rather limited.

Yes it’s a very well executed example of the LNWR carriage livery.
Presumably that’s a platform being built we can see?

I have had a break from making engines ( I could be going a bit loco). I got a Howard Scenics kit at scale forum many years ago and decided to have a look. Here are some photos of progress so far.
