With regard to note 2 in your earlier post, the 4-plank GWR wagon tipping at Fowey was one of a batch numbered 01142 to 01211 hired from Birmingham in November 1903 and mostly off-hire in 1921. During that time of course they were converted to spring buffers etc and registered by the GWR. I'm not sure who did the work but there is a full list of the wagons hired from Brum in the GWSG's Pannier 39. The wagon in the photo, 01150, carried a Brum owners plate and their number 4782. It was converted in February 1911 and returned to Brum on 15 January 1921.
