Thirteen members attended this lively modelling evening including our new member Ken Carter who
was made very welcome.
Bevis was gauge widening some flexible P4 track for his layout; Howard was working on his latest
signalling simulation; David was building a Masokits bogie kit for a Stanier loco; Tony was working on
the wiring diagram for the group layout; Simon was looking at the Templot plan of his proposed new
layout; Peter and Ken K were both working on Brassmasters wagon underframe kits; Ken C was
working on a Slater’s PO wagon; Bob was building a kit for an L&YR Aspinall 4-4-0; Richard was
continuing work on his Ruston diesel kit; Nigel was reading the latest publication from the Gresley
Society; John was wiring one of the baseboards for the group layout; and I was working on my latest
L&YR bogie carriage.
The next meeting will be on Thursday 5 March and will be a modelling evening; in addition the test
track will be set up so please bring along any locos you want to test.
