Ten members attended this lively evening. As it was a modelling evening, most brought some work to do.
Nigel was producing a TEMPLOT plan, taken from an OS map, of his Cupar station with help from Tony Wilkins.
David brought some wagons to work on and was helping new member Stephen Hefford to put crankpins on his loco’s wheels. This is a Bachmann “1F” he is converting to S4.
Joel Middleton and Richard Marshall were both building Ruston & Hornsby 48DS kits from JUDITH EDGE.
John Rick fitted a DCC sound chip to a BACHMANN model of a 3F and very nice it sounded too.
The star of the show was Howard Bolton who brought along his lever frame of Leeds City Junction to test the electronics which were produced by John Slack. This is a tour de force of modelling at the highest level.
NEXT WEEK IS A FILM NIGHT. 27th JUNE IS AN ALL DAY SESSION. 10.0 to 2230 when we will be working on the layout and our own projects.

It certainly look like it, both mechanically and electrically. Perhaps Howard can be persuaded to write it up for Scalefour News.
