Re: Brecon & Merthyr
David, the Taff Vale & Dragon Models pricelist at http://www.taffvale.wales/price.php contains an entry for Brecon & Methyr transfers, but has them marked 'NLA'; presumably No Longer Available. However, there's also the following note: "Note: We have depleted stocks of transfers, now only a few left. We are looking into the feasibility of reintroducing some in 2018. Please check availability before ordering", so an enquiry of TV & Dragon may be worth making.

Re: Brecon & Merthyr
I don't think that there are any available at the moment.
However the Welsh Railways Research Circle recently launched a range of transfers for Cambrian Railways' stock see http://wrrc.org.uk/online_sales/transfers.php and it is proposed to extend the range to other Welsh railways including the B&MR. It just requires a certain WRRC and S4 member to pull his finger out and come up with the artwork.
In the meantime, if you are looking to letter a wagon, I know that Bernie Baker has finished a few B&M wagons by adapting transfers intended for lesser railways but I can't recall now what he selected to do it
