I've been out of the loop in a while, and haven't stayed in contact with him, but his website still reflects the address as I have it.

Unfortunately the "talktalk" e-mail address doesn't to be correct anymore.
Anyone know of a newer address?

I had an email from Ivan in January to say that he would not be attending Scaleforum this year, because of poor health and that came from the address given by Jol. A postal address and telephone number were published in the guide to Scaleforum 2012. If he is unwell then perhaps an old fashioned letter might be better than a phone call.
