Turbocad

Postby David B » Tue May 07, 2013 5:27 pm

I have acquired a copy of Turbocad, in my case for a Mac. I have fiddled with it but can't get to grips with it.

Can anyone recommend a suitable book that might help me to learn to use the software and also explain basic CAD principles?

Not sure about Turbocad as I'm an Illustrator user. I've taught myself several applications lately (including new versions of Illustrator and Photoshop) by using YouTube. Easier than a manual. Try http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JfzyHRGS7Lg

Recent releases of TC have huge help files and tutorials. What version do you have?

You may also like to Google "turbocad tutorials for mac" - there is a lot of stuff on YouTube.

Thanks, chaps. I confess to preferring books though the net does have useful stuff. I like to work at leisure rather than keep changing screens.

John, I have Mac v 6.0, Turbocad Deluxe
