Not quite comprehensive coverage of OLE equipment in the UK since 1954 as, understandably, there is no coverage at all of the "tramway" style wiring used at one period to compliment third-rail electrification in yard areas where electrified rails were considered an unacceptable safety risk. I also wonder if some of the legacy 1500 V equipment subsequently converted to 25 kV (sometimes via 6,25 kV) is adequately covered.
Nevertheless it is certainly a potential useful document for OLE modellers.
