Tim V visits Delph

Postby Tim V » Sat Oct 20, 2012 6:42 pm

I was at the Midlands Model Engineer Exhibition, and Dave Holt kindly invited me to come and view progress on his model, which is like Delph, but called "Holt". This has been put on his blog on RMweb, but a few pictures on here for the benefit of S4 society members won't go amiss.

Some impressive work under the boards

This was the first time Dave had managed to put all four boards together - making an impressive terminus. A road runs the length of the front.

The control panel, arranged for DC and DCC working. Plus a bell for communicating with the fiddle yard.

The view from the FY end. This is only half the width, there will be more behind (on the left) including a mill.
