The 2mm Scale Association sells code-40 FB rail:

1-007 Flatbottom Rail (nickel silver Code 40) - 500mm straight lengths £6.50 per 20

Only to members, however. I am a member and could possibly obtain a batch if anybody needs it.

Don't be to heavy handed when cleaning it! I remember Trevor Hughes 'Mawddwy Road' layout built with Code 40. The rail was like the waves on the ocean after a while. I've heard of people using Peco Conductor Rail and I've used some FB nominally meant for 3mm (I think!).
