Brassmasters

Postby Proton » Mon May 24, 2021 2:00 pm

Hi,

Has anyone had contact with Brassmasters lately? I have always had very prompt replies from John Jennison, but I haven't had any response for a few weeks now. A person on the RMWeb has similar concerns. I hope he is ok.

Yep last week.

I’ll alert him to this thread.

I ordered some bits a couple of weeks ago and all came quickly.

Just to add to this... I had an order delivered this morning :D . The initial email exchange was very swift, even though it was on a weekend. Apparently my order was missed from being put into the post the following Friday (the day that orders are being sent, apparently) so took a week longer, not that this caused any problems.

All the best

Neil

Thanks for the replies. I am not in a rush for the bits I need, but when I saw a similar note on the RMW, I thought something was wrong. Glad to hear it's to the contrary.
