Wow hasn't February flown by! We have lots of upcoming shows during this busy season and look forward to meeting customers old and new.

NEW PRODUCTS

We are excited to have more new products in the pipeline.

We have frequently been asked for Baseboard Dowels and these are now in stock. Also some miniature diamond files.

In the pipeline are 2 new shapes of Tweezers , inside grip bodyholders for painting and some pin pushers.

SHOW ATTENDANCE

Excitingly, there seems to be an increasing number of occasions when where we are covering 2 shows on the same weekend. The next will be Leamington & Warwick on the 7th and 8th March and Kettering 0 Gauge 7th March.

We will endeavour to take as much stock as we can to all shows, but there will be some limits so pre-ordering is advised, particularly for Kettering.

We now have a second Evergreen stand, so this product range will be at both shows. We have duplicate racks for nuts and bolts, straight wire, sheet metals, tubes and most of the larger metal strips, so these will go to both shows.

We only have one set of Plastruct stands and at present do not intend to take them to Kettering. Similarily, the small strips and metal sections rack will go to Leamington and Warwick and not to Kettering.

STOCK LEVELS

Many items mentioned in the last newsletter are now in stock.

TT62 tubes have finally arrived this week.

Evergreen EG293 and EG296 and most other evergreen sizes arrived last week.

We did have a problem in that all 14BA taper taps coming from our supplier were in fact 16BA. We have now resolved this and have 14BA taper, 2nd and Bottom in stock.

Items that are on longer lead times and have been on order since before Christmas include:

1.5mm X 1.0mm and 1.5mm x 0.5mm Brass Tubes.

Eclipse 60 TPI Piercing Saw Blades.

Brass Assist (Both Sizes) Now overdue.

Long term problems include:

12BA taps. Our primary supplier of taps has dropped 12BA due to manufacturing problems with the tool. The 12BA taps from our secondary suppliers seem undersize (possibly by using a tool from the same tool manufacturer). We are working on trying to establish a viable source for these, but it will take some time. For now we have no 12BA taps at all.
