SOLDERING IRONS

Antex have redesigned the 660TC soldering station. We have the new model in stock and the correct photograph on the website. This includes a redesigned ST6 stand, we have a few of the old design left at £10. The new style ST6A will be on our next delivery and the price will be £12.

The higher power Weller Irons now have built in LED lights illuminating the work piece. We are keeping our website up to date as we change over to these. We also have stock of Antex 40W, 80W and 100W irons (including spare bits), these irons are similar to the original Weller irons but are quite a bit cheaper.

All Antex and Weller products are on this months special offer.

MODEL MATES

As stated previously, Model Mates have significantly increased their range of weathering dies. We have almost all of them in stock and are waiting for the rest from our suppliers. These have now been added to the website.

ELECTRICAL ITEMS

In response to requests from customers we are now selling electrical wire in 10m lengths as well as 100m reels. We have also started stocking 16/0.2 as well as 7/0.2.

We now also have a variety of tag strips on their way from our supplier and these will be added to the web site as they arrive.

SPECIAL OFFER

This months special offer is 10% on all soldering items. This includes Antex and Weller Irons and Bits, Stands, Solder, Solder Paint, Fluxes, Tip Cleaners and Sponges.

This offer is for web orders only please enter "APRIL2014" in the comments box on checkout. This applies to all orders placed before 30th April 2014. The discount will not show on our web system, but will be taken from the payment and show on the formal invoice shipped with the goods.

EXHIBITIONS

We have now accepted an invitation to the Perth show on 28/29th June. This was the weekend we were planning to hold our open day. We are still debating when to hold the open day, so please watch out for further information.

At York show we are at a new location on the ground floor. As we understand it, Langley Models have moved to where Modelex were and we are taking the space vacated by Langley.
