We will be open through to 23rd December to ship orders. We will then return on Thursday 2nd January.

Last Posting Dates

The last posting dates for Christmas are as follows:

UK - 20th December
Western Europe - 14th December
USA - 13th December
Canada - 10th December
Eastern Europe - 9th December
Africa - 6th December
Australia / New Zealand - 5th December

We will try to give export orders priority to meet these dates.

Neo Trigger Airbrushes

Delivery of the new NEO Trigger airbrushes has been delayed from the manufacturer. We are now expecting delivery on 20th December. We have decided to ship these by courier to get them to our customers as soon as possible. The oldest orders will be shipped first.

Exhibitions

As previously mentioned, in January we will be covering both the Bristol O Gauge show (26 Jan) and Southampton (25.26 Jan). We are not structured to handle 2 shows at the same time so our attendance at Bristol will be with much reduced stock, so pre-ordering is essential.

Gift Vouchers

We remind you that we offer gift vouchers in £5, £10, £25 and £50 values. Between now and the end of December 2013 these will be sent post free unless ordered with other items. A site search for GIFT will find them, but the free postage will not registed on the site order, but will be taken off the formal invoice with the voucher.

We are continuing last months offer of extra discounts on most products that we consider suitable as Christmas Presents.

These include 5% off all hold and fold models, all except 4" and 5.5" are well stocked, please check with us for availability for pre-Christmas delivery 4" and 5.5" models.

All these offers are for web orders only please enter "CHRISTMAS2013" in the comments box on checkout. This now applies to all orders placed before end of day on 31st December 2013. The discount will not show on our web system but will be taken from the payment and show on the formal invoice shipped with the goods.

After a 300 mile round trip with high winds, heavy rain and sleet we collected the TRN's from the supplier on Saturday 21st December where they had just arrived. We will send orders out by courier on Monday 23rd for Tuesday 24th delivery. You can still order these up to about 12:00 on Monday 23rd for Christmas delivery.

4", 5.5" Hold and Folds and 14BA Taper taps have now arrived. So all models of Hold and Fold and the full range of Taps are in stock.
