Exhibitions

This month sees us attending the Hornby Magazine, Great Electric Train Show 12th & 13th October at Heritage Motor Centre, Gaydon, Warwickshire.

We have taken a review of which shows we attend and there have been some changes. You will note that we have added Leamington and Warwick MRS to our list. A full list is kept up to date on our website.

As mentioned last month, January will be fun as the Bristol O Gauge show (26 Jan) will clash with Southampton (25.26 Jan) and we are not structured to handle 2 shows at the same time. We are confirmed for Southampton, but still hope to be at Bristol, albeit with a reduced stand, so pre-ordering is advised.

EM Mint Gauge

We still have some EM Mint Gauges available. Normally retailing at £14, we are offering these at only £10 while stocks last.

Chassis2 Availability

We have run out of parts for the Superpro (7mm) version. These should have been here by now, but are still a week or so away, so if you have ordered or want to do so, please be patient.

Files

We have decided to focus on Vallorbe Swiss files, and accordingly we have discontinued all other individual files. The other files will be sold off at shows at £2 each while stocks last. Please do not ask for these by mail order as we simply do not have the time to go rummaging through them.

We have added more Vallorbe files to the range so please see the website for details. Over the next few months we intend to add more shapes and cuts. Presently we are stocking 4", 6" and 8" Engineers files at about 50% off RRP, 140mm and 160mm needle files at about 10% off RRP. We have Hand Flat (Pillar), Round and Half Round in most sizes and cuts and are progressively filling in the gaps.

Typically, we have to buy 12 of any one size/shape/cut so we will be selective as to which we stock. If there is a specific file you need, please ask us to add it to our wish list.

We also are pleased to tell you that we now have back in stock both Round and Square seconds files. These very small files are excellent for fine detailed work, such as coupling hook pockets in the smaller scales.

We will continue to stock unbranded file sets.

Hold and Fold's

We have now restocked 2", 5.5" and 14" Hold and Fold tools with both 4" and 8" having limited stock but with more on order.

Large Brass Assist's are in stock and small ones on order.

Exhibition Schedule
