Templot on Mac - free Codeweavers Crossover offer

For one day only on Wednesday 31 October (US Central Time limits. GMT - 6hrs), Codeweavers are supplying their Crossover program free of charge.

Crossover is an easy-to-use fully supported installer for Linux/Wine on Mac* computers, allowing you to run most Windows programs without buying a copy of Windows or having any Microsoft code on your Mac.

Templot runs quite well on a Mac using Crossover, several users are running Templot this way.

The Linux version of Crossover is also available free. However if you have Linux, installing Wine is straightforward and you hardly need Crossover as an installer.

Thank you for drawing my attention to Crossover, Martin.

I have downloaded it and, after a bit of bumbling, got Templot running on both my iMac and Macbook. Now all I have to do is learn to use Templot!

I have used the emulator, Parallels, in the past, but Crossover is much simpler and when I am more confident with it, I will dispense with the emulator and Windows altogether.
