Does anyone make compenation units for bogie wagons with a wheelbase of 2m? So far I've only been able to find 5'6" wheelbase.
What is the current wisdom re compensation method? Twisting bogies (with or without torque control) or springing?

Have you tried running the wagon with just drop in wheels and a little extra weight?

Keith put me on to these. They work a treat:

Use them and a bit of lead flash and they are as steady as anything.

I use the same method as Neil, but instead of buying them I simply stick bits of micro-rod in the positions shown on the photo. I did this before I became aware there was a product which does the same thing. It stops bogie vehicles from wobbling. Apart from this you really don't need compensation, although some slop in the axleboxes can be helfprul.

Part of the problem that I have is that the bogie are not square enough for P4 in the first place. They are probably ok for EM.

If they aren't square, they would be no good for 00
