LNER N7 modelling info

Since I have some electronics capability happening in parallel with my efforts at chassis development, I was wondering about the possibility of adding some basic sound to this particular loco. However they were withdrawn from my local area due to electrification in 1960, and I can't remember well enough now what they actually sounded like. And I am still pretty much a just a lay observer when it comes to steam loco mechanical technology.

So I have some immediate novice questions. How many chimney (exhaust?) beats would there have been per a full 360 degree rotation of a driving wheel? Any other prominent sounds I should consider? I do remember the brake pumps often making a sort of Hee-haw noise, while they were standing waiting, but I'm not sure if that was intermittent or not.

TIA for any help.

Andy
