Don't despair, it has taken 32 years to get where it is today ( preceded by decades of practice in OO and P4 with other groups) and still needs decades of work to complete.
I and my co-conspirators still regard our skill levels as inadequate and are constantly learning from real experts.

Although it ain't feasible to exhibit Highbridge the many kind comments here are very heartening so we press on...
