The sleeper spacing on the right is Templot and on the left is S4 soc template for the same GWR!
Templot doesn't have a sleeper spacing.
It prints whatever you tell it to print. There are several pre-set spacing settings to choose from, or you can enter whatever customized rail lengths and sleeper spacing you wish.

The numbers given are actually for the GWR, but the method is applicable for all companies.
