Reduced membership fee

Postby polybear » Fri Oct 01, 2010 10:27 am

Hi,
I note that there is a reduced membership fee for people joining the S4Soc. from 1st Oct. However, the website still shows the full fee (£18-50). Has the website still to be updated with the reduced fee, or is it implemented in some other way please? How much is the reduced fee please? Many thanks.

Hi Brian,

The Membership Rates for 2010 are Full Rate £23.50; Concession £19. For overseas members there is a postal supplement £4 EU and £8 ROW. For new members wishing to join from 1st October there is a Short Year rate of £18.50. For this period there is no concessionary rate but the concessionary rate will be applied if 65+ upon renewal in March 2011.

The rates that you are seeing at: Join Us are correct and were changed over from the full rates on Saturday 25th September as we actually make the short year rate available from Scaleforum rather than 1st October. That is why you won't have seen the rates change today if that's what you were looking out for.

If you would like any further clarification please e-mail: memsec@scalefour.org

All the Best

Hi Danny,

Many thanks for the reply and clarification. Wishful thinking on my part ;) Incidentally, are all the S4News still available to view for members online please? Many thanks.
Best Regards,
Brian
