Those who have received their copy of the latest News and have had time to look at it will have seen that the venue for the AGM this year has had to be changed and it will now be held in Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire.
The late change has meant that organising the attractions has not been as easy as it might be normally. It would be good to have a couple more layouts of modest size on display. Ideally one at least of these should be of the steam era, since we already have one diesel era layout coming and preferably fairly complete. Reasonable expenses, including an overnight stay if needed, will be met.

Re: Scalefour Society AGM 2021
AGM related question...
What are the timings on the day?
I'm aware of the formal AGM at 2pm but was wondering what time 'opening and closing are as struggling to find these; might be grey cells issue.
Thanks Steve

Apologies - this was omitted from the published information. The festivities will start at 12.00 noon since some of those demonstrating have longer distances than usual to travel and we will probably finish at 16.00.
Since the information was published another layout has been arranged. This is Dave Hawkins' Great Eastern based layout Great Bardfield. There will also be some further demonstrations from members of the South Hants area group. Details of these to follow when confirmed.

The AGM has not made it into the calendar yet, maybe the times could be included when it does.
