Thanks to everyone who said hello. I hope I didn't worry John Quick too much about my Jenny Lind. I had left instructions that it disassembled, but the tender wheels were a surprise. All sorted. After a problem on Saturday, Sunday was almost fine but a broken connection to one point prevented faultless running. I was in the second coolest place on site ( the HST was the coolest). This was the first time I had visited the line when it was open and I was very impressed. I helped promote Pendon, Scalefour, Ivatt Diesel Re-creation Society and Indietracks over the weekend. and thoroughly enjoyed it.
