expoEM North was well supported by P4 layouts Faringdon, London Road and Rolvenden.
The London Road team were especially delighted to receive the Malcolm Crawley Award for the the best scratch built or kit built locomotive on a layout. The judges couldn't decide which of the collection of Edwardian LNWR locos they preferred so made the award for all of them. Their dilemma was probably not helped by the layout owner, who failed to nominate a particular loco.
The quality of the layouts was overall very good, with some layouts (London Road included) in varying stages of completion.
P.S.
I have tried to attach a photo but got the following message "Sorry, the board attachment quota has been reached".

Sorry Jol, just noticed this. I've removed the limit.

Re: expoEM North
Thanks John,
here is London Road during one of the quieter periods at expoEM North (you can tell that as Chris Gibbon has left the High Level stand to look at Roundtree Sidings in the background
Here are a couple of the locos that helped win the Malcolm Crawley Award.
