As ever, it's 5,6, 12, 26-8, 33, 46 and 51 which I'll be concentrating on......

No room for the famous Club test track this year, so no danger of certain German HO engines appearing....
That would be an ecumenical matter.

Aha, that explains it. I did run a Swiss C5/6 on it a couple of years ago. Brian Harrap then let me turn down the leading pony wheels to something approximating P87 standards on his lathe..... :thumb

Just a bump as RAILEX is just over a week away.

We had a meeting with the stadium and it seems that there will be a redevelopment in 2017/18 the main hall and accommodation will stay but the bowl centre will be replaced with a new hall the size of six badminton courts with is half the size of the hall we use now so there may be the chance to increase RAILEX by 50% although to be fair the size we use now is about right.

As per previous years our free vintage bus will be running from Aylesbury station to RAILEX and return both days, on Saturday it will run up to every half hour on Sunday every hour. Both RAILEX entry tickets and programmes can be brought on the bus.

RAILEX is this weekend

For those parking in the stadium car park there are signs saying parking can be for a maximum 2 or 3 hours. Don't worry the number plate cameras will be switched off and you can stay at Railex as long as you wish.
