Epsom and Ewell Model Railway Club's 2014 Exhibition

Postby Steve Carter » Sun Apr 13, 2014 6:18 pm

I had a great day at Scalefour North yesterday and traveled back on the train with friends where we talked about the Epsom show which is now only less than two weeks away.

This is always one of those "its in my diary" exhibitions and I'm certainly looking forward to it.
This years exhibition promises to be a cracker so why not put 26/27 April in your diary as well?

Less than a week away, and I'm in the process of packing Clutton ready for its outing.

Just got home having spent a really good day at the Epsom Exhibition today.

Meet lots of friendly people (including many Society members), did a lot of "talking & catching up", spent money on things i didn't know i wanted (!) and saw some very good layouts.

The atmosphere was very relaxed and the catering was good with choices of hot and cold delights and plenty of tables and chairs to use to enjoy it and take the weight off your feet for a while.

This show promised to be a cracker and, as far as I am concerned, it certainly did not disappoint. So if you are thinking about going tomorrow then go as I'm sure you will have a good time.

Thanks to all those involved in delivering a first class exhibition.

Steve (a very pleased visitor)

Just back from a well organised and extremely well stewarded show.

Congratulations to a smiling Peter Swift and team.
