I've been making good progress with the first of three Masterclass CCT kits. Just reached the point where I need to fit axleboxes and cosmetic springs before I can add the brake levers and so on.
The kit comes with axleboxes/springs cast integrally with the cosmetic, white metal W-irons. In an effort to save my fingers the pain of thinning these down to release the axleboxes and springs I've been trying to source the appropriate castings. Does anyone know of a source of spring and axlebox castings for these vehicles?

Hi Jeremy,
I realise this is months after your original post which I came across yesterday whilst idly browsing the forum but I have a dozen of the attached items.
They're labelled as LMS but if they're suitable for BR CCT's they're yours for free.
Regards,
Richard

I'm fairly certain the castings supplied in the kit are the ABS/Four Most ones.
Correct buffers are now available from LMS.
