Mk1 interior colours

I've decided that I would start reworking my Bachmann Mk1 coaches, and as I thought I would add some passengers, I'd also paint the interiors.

Can anyone advise on interior details in the early 1970s (i.e. blue grey period), specifically the upholstery colours for both second and first class.

I don't have a copy to hand at the moment but have you tried British Railways Mark 1 Coaches - Book & Supplement Keith Parkin, pub HMRS?
