Silver Fox DMUs

Postby Hardwicke » Sat Oct 27, 2018 10:14 pm

Has anyone any experience of these? Like the DC Kits they seem to lack a certain "finesse", but seem to be a good basis for detailing. I'd use a Replica Railways powered chassis.

Ordsall Road (BR(E)), Forge Mill Sidings (BR(M)), Kirkcliffe Coking Plant (BR(E)), Swanage (BR (S)) and Heaby (LMS/MR). Acquired Thorneywood (GNR). Still trying to "Keep the Balance".

I think they are DC kits. The example you linked to uses a Lima 117 chassis which isn’t much like a 114 though.
