Bouncy Diesels - Sprung Class 25

Postby James Wells » Thu Nov 13, 2014 10:42 am

After a rather inactive period, a class 25 after (what seemed like a mamoth) 18 month build!

A mix of Hornby body, Bachmann chassis, Penbits bogies, Brassmaster fuel tanks and a good dose of Shawplan parts.

The Penbits bogies are excellent -

Not perfect but hopefully an improvement on the other options for the class 25 in 4mm.

That looks very nice indeed James.
The weathering is particularly effective on the chassis.

Nice one James, did you ever get your Tyne Dock 24 finished?

I'm afraid not! It's still sitting on a shelf in the workshop, as it has for the last ten years now! I really should do something with it one day...
