Hi Ted
I think this might be the real answer to the question regarding the tender of 64314. Although not the best of pictures it did indeed keep the D shape water filler and it lost the box with the winding gear in.

Rear view of the tender of 64314 at Welbeck Colliery Platform 24.7.60. shows the D shape with no winding boxes the rear of the bunker has bee moved back to meet the water filler D.

Derailed at Immingham in 27.4.60.

I have also pulled up the wheel and I make it 15 spokes with pin between.

And again at Immingham 10.10.54.

What great photos, Jeremy.

A wonderful shot showing no rippling on the tender body. I find these shots interesting as it shows additional details (such as the oiling runs on the smoke box which you have blown up) Looking closely the washout plug on the corner of the fire box is interesting as it is leaking a lime scale.

Wish I knew where I could find similar photos of the NER based Locos. There always additional information for detailing etc

Oh wow that is some collection! Is this a collection that you have created from various places?

A challenge would be the LNER G6 number 672 which was scrapped about 1929!
