Has anybody, when thinking about roof tiles, tried using 3D printing rather than the flat aspects from things like laser work or paper/card.
I suspect pan tiles and simiar things like Roman tiles would be better looking with this?

Re: Roof tiles
Hi John,
The effectiveness would depend upon the resolution of the layers. Most filament printers are fed with models sliced at 0.2mm, or 0.4mm; a bit clunky. By comparison, Resin-bath printers produce layers at around 1 or 2 microns which should give a reasonable result.
