that's who I've just bought a bow pen from on ebay! Nice to know it's his business to know about them...
Anyhow, he gives a guide range £15-75, so 11.50 seems a good price, assuming it suits me. He says it's good for a left hander, which I am. He obviously knows plenty about the subject, and I like the sound of 'scouring the world for good quality, vintage instruments, which we test, expertly regrind, hone & polish where necessary, & offer for sale on our exhibition stand'. If I'm having difficulty with it, I'll obviously be able to ask his advice.
So thanks for posting that.

My assumption was that his prices would be higher than that, think you have a good deal. Best of luck on it, easy for Rathbone but I guess he has already put in the hours of practice and frustration already. :)
