Following on from the thread in AGM 2021 AOB regarding a possible Virtual Group, we are pleased to announce that Richard Hodgson (Winander) has agreed to coordinate the setting up of a Virtual Group for members of the Scalefour Society.
The Committee has discussed this idea and given its approval. At this stage it is not clear how many people might want to take part or how often virtual meetings might take place, but this new facility will be open to all members.
If there is a lot of interest then it may be necessary to have more than one group, or indeed if there's no interest, to not go ahead at all: it's up to all of you.
A new section of the forum has been created here under Area Groups, so please feel free to discuss this here.
If there is sufficient interest in a Virtual Group then Richard will purchase a Zoom licence, so that meetings can be run and the cost of this will be reimbursed by the Society.
A Society e-mail address: virtual@scalefour.org has been created which forwards to Richard.
Please contact Richard directly via the e-mail address above to express an interest.
All the Best
Danny
