Once quite common in some parts of the country, shepherd's huts today are more curios and fashionable garden accessories. They are rarely, if ever, modelled.
I have attached photos of a restored Dorset hut I saw a couple of years ago at Chawton. There is also this gallery currently on the Daily Telegraph site.
They might give someone an idea for a small scratch building project over the winter. If anyone is interested, I have more detail photographs and some measurements of the one I saw in Chawton.

Definitely compensated rather than sprung. A lovely item.
Make Worcestershire great again.
Build a wall along the Herefordshire border and make them pay for it.

Re: Shepherd's huts
Hi all,
If anyone wants to see more this link http://www.plankbridge.com/ takes you to one of the companies that make many of the reproduction or restored huts.
No connection with them at all except that I'd saved the URL on my computer a while ago thinking that it could make an interesting model.
