Small rail-served factory

Postby Captain Kernow » Fri Dec 17, 2010 5:29 pm

Here are a couple of photos of a small rail-served factory/warehouse, that I've built to act as a bit of half-relief/backscene-filler on Callow Lane.

The main brick structure is based on a Scalescenes kit (one of the free to download ones), although I've modified that and added two scratchbuilt extensions at either end and a canopy.

Please excuse the gap under the adjacent retaining wall, it hasn't been glued down yet, nor has the ballasting and 'grotification' of the two visible sidings been completed!

Very nice Capt. Is the corrugated iron from Slaters?
Make Worcestershire great again.
Build a wall along the Herefordshire border and make them pay for it.

No, it's actually Wills - the walls are the thick, grey stuff and the roof sections on the extensions and the canopy are from the thin, transparent sheets, then just painted.
