GW C&W/shunters cabin

Postby Captain Kernow » Fri May 29, 2009 4:49 pm

Some pics of a model I'm currently making of the former C&W building at the west end of Exeter St Davids.

The prototype:

The model under construction, temporarily placed on 'Callow Lane', where it will become a shunters cabin/mess room and C&W store:

I'm sure that I've seen those prototype pictures on RMWeb as well...

Is this like C4+1, where you can watch next week's episode in advance? Does Captain relent and really paint the model in that (quite attractively spectacular) black grot that we first see? Or will Master Mate surface at the last minute and drag (or DRAG) him away towards the Cabin Boy whose name must never be spoken?

We wait in anticipation ;-)
