Kemilway class 3 tank instructions

Hi
Does anyone have a set of instructions for the Kemilway class 3 tank kit? It’s not on the bench yet but I would like it to be!
Just pondering future builds.

I have one of these (built up in OO). Will be very interested to see what you do with the chassis to build it in P4 (assuming that's the plan).

Hi Tim, I have a P4 version which I purchased from one of the original owners of Kemilway (via ebay) a few years ago.

I had to tweak the pickup arrangement as one side was connected to the loco chassis hence the two pieces of white plasticard for insulation.

I was interested to see how the spacers had been arranged, given that replacement ones would be required for P4 or EM (I don't think the original kit made provision for EM and P4, did it? I've built three or four of them and can't remember!).

There was an EM/18.83 version available, just as with the chassis kits, but more suited to EM than 18.83.

Not a separate kit. IIRC, the only differences between the OO and EM/18.83 chassis frets were the modification of the frames to take the compensation cradles, and wider spacers. That was pretty much all there was to it.

I used to have two samples of the Kemilway 3MT full kit. Both were unfortunately afflicted by not very good smokebox castings, so I got rid in favour of the Crownline/PDK brass kit which seemed a bit cleaner, and managed to acquire a Kemilway 3MT chassis fret on its own, which is a bit better looking than the Crownline one.
