Trees

Postby Hardwicke » Thu Feb 08, 2024 10:50 pm

I've made quite a few trees over time for various layouts all made from wire. One thing I've always struggled with are the small twigs. There were a few articles in MRJ to give me ideas. Today I shredded one of those plastic nets for citrus fruit. I don't like them going in the bin as animals choke on them or they end up in landfill/oceans.
I used solvent free Impact adhesive and then sprayed it grey. Browns and greens later.
It feels like a large hawthorne tree just coming into leaf in spring or the remains of leaves in early winter.
