14xx on Wheal Elizabeth

Postby Dave K » Tue Sep 30, 2014 1:38 pm

Whilst at Scaleforum I decided to take my re-chassied GWR 14xx along and give it a spin on the Risborough Club's test track. After a bit of a stuttering start all was well and she completed several laps in each direction. Earlier in the day I had spoken to Andrew Ullyott if I could given the 14xx a run 'Wheal Elizabeth' when the show starts to run down on the Saturday if the test run proved successful and the result is here.

Maybe the days are getting shorter.

Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark :?:
That would be an ecumenical matter.

Open the video in Video Manager then from the drop down bottom right and select "Public":

Very nice too.
Hmm. Must go and look at the High Level kit I've got lurking in the cupboard...
