Having just taken delivery of some Ultrascale carriage wheels which have a very fine surface finish, I am struck by the coarseness of the finish on the Exactoscale wheels. Is this usual?

Blimey O'reily, Kieth must have had those wheels since Pontious was a pilot!!! For at least the last thousand years, Exactoscale wheels have had stainless steel tyres with a very good surface finish. That explains why he can re-axle them - I am certain it is not possible with current products. And I can't see any value in doing so when easier and better solutions are available.

Best wishes,
