Pencilled in the diary. The last skills day I made it along to (Kiddeminster) was excellent.

The newest releases (97201) have better windows and new grilles. The windows are to be made available to owners of older models for upgrading if they wish iirc.

The hoppers use a short axle (25mm) which is a nuisance although some folk don't seem bothered by the splayed axleguards when standard wheelsets are fitted. I thought this looked very odd so did a lot of hacking to fit springs and restore squareness. Not my definition of easily convertible although...

As Jeremy mentions, the Branchlines 12mm and 14mm wheels are perfect for most diesels/EMUs/DMUs and work well ime (apart from Heljan Co-Co locos were a penbits suspension unit is very much needed).
