These pages, hosted by the Scalefour Society these pages show our full range of items.  If required a paper copy of our combined Price List is available direct from us. This contains all our products for all the different scales and gauges that we produce for, as well as useful items from other manufacturers. We hope you find this new format useful and an improvement on our previous separate lists. This is all part of our continual programme of development, based on our experience and commitment to quality and not least by listening to our customers.

All you need to know about ordering from PARKSIDE DUNDAS.

BY PHONE or FAX - 01592 640896:- Ordering by Phone or Fax is easy and quick. You can phone us 08:00 to 12:30 and 13:30 to 17:00 Mondays to Fridays or 09:00 to 12:30 on most Saturdays. Outside these times you can dictate your order on to our telephone answering machine - remembering to give your NAME, ADDRESS, CONTACT TELEPHONE NUMBER and CARD NUMBER with its EXPIRY DATE. (For SWITCH and SOLO please also give card issue number or issue date). Orders can be sent by FAX at any time.

As a help, an ORDER FORM can be printed out.

PAYMENT:- Cheque or Postal Order made out to 'PARKSIDE DUNDAS'. The following 'cards' are accepted MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, VISA ELECTRON, VISA, SOLO, JCB and AMERICAN EXPRESS. Please add £2.00 to your order for post and packing.

TRADE CUSTOMERS:-  All items shown with a 'Price Excl.VAT.' are available at Trade Discount.

DELIVERY:-  Most orders are turned round on the day received. As some of the narrow gauge items are from small manufacturers, supplies may be erratic and in these cases, we will tell you if there is to be any significant delay. Delivery is usually by Royal Mail or Parcelforce ordinary service but by arrangement we can send by any other service which suits you best

OVERSEAS:-  We are quite proud of the number of overseas customers we have. Please make your payment by any of the means listed above or by Bank Draft. If you live outside the European Union you may deduct British VAT from your payment (deduct 14.89% from the list price). Please state whether air or surface mail and add sufficient to cover the postage. Overseas postage is charged at cost.

PRICING POLICY:-  All orders are supplied at the prices ruling on the date of despatch. Imported items are particularly subject to change due to exchange rate movements.

WHEEL EXCHANGE:-  We like to help our customers as much as possible. We can supply our kits with different specifications of wheels or indeed without wheels at all.
4mm Scale 00 Gauge: We can exchange the Romford wheels in our kits for Alan Gibson wheels in '00', 'EM' or '18.83'.  Please specify this when ordering. There is an 85p supplement on 14mm coach and 12mm 3-hole disc wheels and a 35p supplement on 12mm 8 spoke and 8 split spoke wheels. If ordering without wheels please deduct £1.80 (£3.60 if a bogie wagon), except for PC38, PC44, PC48, PC51, PC69, PC71, PC73 & PC75 deduct £2.30.
7mm Scale 0 Gauge:  We can exchange the Slater's Fine Scale Wheels in our kits for either Coarse Scale (please add 28p) or Scale 7 (please add 58p). Please specify when ordering. If ordering without wheels please deduct £7.22.

If you already have the kits and wish to exchange the wheels, then please return the wheels unused with their bearing cups, in suitable packing. Please also enclose the exchange supplement as listed above with sufficient to cover return postage.
