Grindham Shed Project

Postby Richard » Sat Jan 01, 2011 11:56 am

I have, over the months, browsed with interest and enjoyment the various items on Members’ layouts in this forum so felt it was about time to share my own project. I have been recording the slow evolution of “Grindham Shed” on my website; rather than repeat it here, my “blog” is at:

http://www.grindham.co.uk/evolve_index.cfm

I try to add items regularly as and when progress is made, so please feel free to drop in on my website from time to time. Comments and constructive criticisms are always welcome.

Best wishes for 2011.

Looks good Richard.

The gap between the wing rails in the crossing picture looks very tight. ( where the stock rails bend into wing rails). Just a thought.

Cheers

Hi Jim

Thanks - I see what you mean! I did run a wheelset through, but obviously the real test can only be when it is finished; that could be some time as I have been distracted:

I will report progress on the crossing in due course!

Neat work, and a good looking web site as well.
