Very interesting video, Jim. Obviously covering quite a period of time, from blood and custard to green diesels. Lots of Jubilees and Standard 5s. That coaling sequence looks pretty hairy.
Thanks for posting.
Dave.

It popped up on my phone today. Couldn't resist watching it when I should have been doing something else!

Very enjoyable video, thank you for posting the link, Jim. Not a direct run to Bath via Mangotsfield N and E junctions as the description tended to suggest, but includes instead a brief visit to Bristol with a couple of shots of Barrow Road. Good views too of the ancient crossbar signal at Bournville that survived until 1967 at least.

There seem to have been some high quality additions of railway videos to Youtube recently, of which the record of the SLS special's run from Bath to Bournemouth on 5 March 1966 is of outstanding quality - to be found at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wwwBfSAUY_Q

Very enjoyable video, loved the shed shots, Bournville, Worcester, Barnwood, Horton Road and even Barrow Road, wonderful. Thanks for the link.
