Worcestershire and nearby group

Postby Malc in Brum » Thu Jul 28, 2011 8:23 am

OK, this is a bit tongue in cheek but I was wondering if we could re-establish a group gathering in members in the south west of Birmingham, north Worcester and as far north as Wolverhampton. Aiming at people who find it a bit of a trek to get to Fillongley or Gaydon, where our other 'local' groups reside.

I can offer a meeting room with workshops in Edgbaston on the University campus, so that there is somewhere to meet and build but not store a layout.

Hi Malc,
See post from July 2010

There are 37 members within 25km of the campus, and I can provide lists based on postcode areas too.

So let me know if you take your tongue out of your cheek.

All the Best

The WMAG is actually in Fradley just north of Lichfield and is usually well attended.

It's not the nicest journey from south Birmingham to Fradley even in summer.

I'm trying to promote something new, possibly even get some of the refugees from the Pendlebury group to come back into the fold.
