Here's Tony Wilkins' quickie conversion using some 12.3mm disc wheels he had handy. (That diameter is a bit small to keep the buffer height in spec.) Adjusting the supplied pickups is a pain apparently, and an alternative approach will probably be more sensible and reliable longterm.
